How fast can you get here?
We offer same-day and next-day appointments in most of the metro, and emergency service around the clock. Your technician calls about 30 minutes before arriving.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
If your system is under 10–12 years old and the repair is modest, repairing usually makes sense. For older systems with expensive repairs, we'll show you both options side by side so you can decide.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available on new systems with approved credit. Ask about current offers during your free estimate.
How often should I change my furnace filter?
Every 1–3 months for standard 1-inch filters, more often if you have pets or during wildfire smoke season. Thicker media filters can last 6–12 months.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the home right away without flipping switches, then call Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-2999 or 911 from outside. Once it's safe, call us and we'll inspect your equipment.
